My name is Julien DELLA SANTINA, I’m 36 years old and I’m the happy father of Luca, a 5 years old kid. I live with my wife Emilie in the south of France.

I am a professional photographer specialized in Weddings and Portraits but I love photography in general.

For more than ten years, I have been covering events to create the photographic heritage of a family. It is a great pleasure.

Born in the Bouches du Rhone, I consider myself extremely lucky to have been raised in a family filled with love. My roots and my education have contributed to my fulfillment through travel.

After working in France for a few years, I moved to Canada for a year to learn English. That year was rich in discoveries and emotions. I learned a new way of life and new ways of looking at life which greatly contributed to my photographic style.

After my return to France, when I didn’t expect it, life placed Emilie on my path, she has been my wife since 2012. Then 5 years ago, the fruit of our love gave birth to our Luca.

My approach to wedding and studio photography:

The image allows to transmit a message and to create a patrimony. It allows to express an idea, a situation, or simply to have a photographic memory of oneself.

Studio photography allows you to create and to make stagings, which is not possible on a wedding day.

That’s why I like to do both.

During weddings, I adopt a style of photo reportage with a mix of art photography. I like natural and candid photos.

Wedding photography is for me a passion above all. I chose to make it one of my specialties because for me it is the very beginning of a family life.

To be able to capture the emotions, your tears, your looks that are so important, are for me a real pleasure.

Being a wedding photographer is not just about pushing a button, it’s about being there without being there … It’s being there for you to make the best of your day. It’s also having the eye to immortalize all the little moments of emotion, all the little details that are part of this wonderful day.

A wedding with julien:

Thanks to the experience acquired during my various wedding performances, I transcribe the emotions on the spot in a natural and spontaneous way by adopting a style of photo reportage. This style allows me to be discreet but also to capture the whole day.

In love with photography, I will put at your disposal all my assets and my equipment to give you back a quality work. My work is not only to be present on the wedding day.

Being the photographer of your wedding day starts of course with your meeting, we will take the time to get to know each other, you will be able to ask me all your questions and I will answer all of them.

The engagement session, which already allows you to have a good time, will mark this pivotal moment in your life as a couple. It is also a good way to practice for your big day.

It will also allow us to create a bond of trust, which will be a huge advantage for your wedding day. You will gain confidence in yourself by seeing the results of the photos.

On D-Day, I will be there to meet your expectations. For the couple photos, you can choose a traditional photo session or opt for several quick sessions during the course of the day to get the most out of your guests. Your Big Day should be as you imagined it. I adapt to you and not the other way around.

A session in the Studio

As opposed to a wedding, which is a day that’s full of emotion, I like doing studio work because you can take your time and play with the light. Change your outfit, do different make-up and above all take your time and redo if necessary.
