A bride in the Air

Wedding photographer, yes, but it’s even better if we have fun at the same time!

We are in Belley, a small commune in the AIN near Chambéry. We were in the car looking for a nice place to do a couple session in the nature. During the discussion, we got to talking about our hobbies, and here the groom tells me that he has a flight license and a plane.

Loving aeronautics myself, it just occurred to me to take pictures in the air.

Without really having to convince the bride and groom, we went to the airfield. However, the weather was not good and we were strongly advised not to take off.

So what should we do? We all wanted to do this original photo shoot. Taking the plane out was the only solution…

We are in place: camera ready and the bride and groom relaxed and at full speed!!!!!

Oscillating between rain showers and windstorms this session will remain for me one of the most memorable!

In spite of not having been able to do this aerial session: we will say that it was my “baptism” of air in Belley.
